Gyproc XR är ett unikt system med stålreglar för hög ljudreduktion i lätta icke-bärande innerväggar. Profilformen minskar väggens ljudöverföring på ett mycket effektivt sätt.

Systembeskrivning

Systemet är uppbyggt av Gyproc gipsskivor på stålstomme bestående av Gyproc XR-reglar som kan monteras i skenor Gyproc SK, Gyproc SKP eller i kantprofiler Gyproc Acounomic. Väggens uppbyggnad kan utföras som enkelvägg, saxad vägg, eller som dubbelvägg. Mineralull krävs vid vissa ljudkrav, och utförs med fördel med Gyproc MR Mineralullsremsa.

Fördelar

Enkelstomme kan i vissa fall ersätta saxade väggar. Gyproc XR ger tunnare väggar i vissa utföranden. Med Gyproc MR-systemet blir isoleringen enklare och billigare. Gyproc XR har breda flänsar för att underlätta monteringsarbetet. Profilformen medför dessutom att flänsen har mindre benägenhet att böja undan för skruvspetsen jämfört med traditionella stålreglar. Med Gyproc XR blir monteringen snabbare.

Med Gyproc ErgoLite lättviktsskiva gör monteringen 25 % lättare än med en traditionell gipsskiva. En skiva som ger bättre arbetsmiljö och ergonomi.
